Pike perch in Lenkoran style

Pike perch in Lenkoran style with its tender yet firm flesh, you can leave the table fully satisfied.
Walleye is considered by some to be the best-tasting fish around. You can cook pike perch just like any other fish, such as frying or broiling.

Preparation time: 30 min
Cooking time: 35 min
Serves: 3

Ingredients
  • 350 g/14 oz fresh pike perch
  • 25 g/1 oz wheat flour
  • 50 g/2 oz melted butter
  • 2 onions
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • 1/5 lemon
  • salt & pepper
Preparation
  • Take pieces of fish or small whole fish, salt, pepper, roll in flour and fry until ready. Pour on melted butter, garnish with coiled onions, lemon slices and sprinkle with herbs.
