Roasted chicken
Chicken is quite inexpensive and can be prepared for use in a variety of dishes, but the roasted chicken remains a tried and true favorite.
There is nothing quite as delicious as a roasted chicken. Roasted chicken is a main course that can almost cook itself, providing the freedom to focus on more time consuming side dishes. Roasted chicken is a safe dish to choose not only for dinners, but for entertaining as well

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Serves: 3-4

Ingredients
  • 275 g/ chicken
  • 2 tsp sour cream
  • 25 g/1 oz lemon
  • 50 g/2 oz tomatoes
  • 25 g/1 oz onion
  • 25 g/1 oz coriander or parsley
  • salt & pepper
Preparation
  • Pluck nad prepare chicken, cut along in two halves, salt, pepper, smear with sour cream, put on a spit and roast over charcoals till ready. Serve with tomatoes, sliced onions, pomegranate, sliced lemon and stew with greens.
