Sazan in oven a la lenkoran
Sazan is a flaky with a mild taste, that adapt well to any fish recipe.
Fish is a great meatless main dish to cook. Sazan in oven a la lenkoran is a crispy, tasty way to enjoy white fish. Sazan is good white fish to bake in oven. Sazan is also rich in protein, making it a great substitute for meat.

Serves: 4-5

Ingredients
  • 250 g/10 oz fish (sazan)
  • 50 g/2 oz onion
  • 25 g/1 oz lemon
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • salt & pepper
Preparation
  • Prepare fish, salt, pepper and bake as a whole in oven. When serving garnish fish with onion coils, sliced lemon and strew with fine cut parsley.
