Fastidiousness salad

Exactly what constitutes Fastidiousness salad is a matter of some contention, but this recipe will be familiar to most.

Ingredients
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 salty cucumbers
  • 2 fresh cucumbers
  • 2 beets
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 carrots
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill and green onion
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • salt & pepper
Preparation
  • All vegetables are cooked. Don’t forget adding salt and pepper. Grate cooked vegetables. Chop vegetables. It is better to grate cucumber beforehand. Then put vegetables into layers.
  • 1st layer:
  • Potato, salty cucumber, mayonnaise, green onion on top.
  • 2nd layer:
  • Beet, mayonnaise, dill.
  • 3rd layer:
  • Egg, fresh, mayonnaise, green onion
  • 4th lay:
  • Carrot, dill.
