The traditional international tennis tournament Baku Cup 2015 kicked off in Baku.
According to Oxu.Az, the tournament began with qualifying competitions. The representative of Azerbaijan Amina Dik yilded to Ukrainian Olga Yanchuk with 2:6, 0:6.
In the main draw Azerbaijan will have one representative - Zuleiha Safarova. She will play in the first round with Alexandra Korashvili from Ukraine.
The total prize fund of the tournament is $ 250 000. The tournament is held in the Baku Tennis Academy and will end on 2 August.
