French districts prohibited to cooperate with Karabakh separatists

The government of France is trying to prohibit the decentralized cooperation of French regions with a number of countries.

The list includes the separatist regime in Nagorno Karabakh, Oxu.Az reports citing 1in.am.

The French Foreign Minister sent the similar circular to the prefectures which though being elected bodies still follow the decisions and orders of the ministries.

The circular contains a call for adherence to the foreign policy of France and its committments and for not establishing relations with unrecognized republics.
